My career began on Waiheke Island 30 years ago, where I operated a Holiday Letting Agency that involved letting different styles of Beach homes, Residential Homes and Rural Properties.
Over the past 20 years, I have been successfully working in the wider Auckland areas and Southland areas Managing and Selling Residential Property.
During that time, I have met and helped many Clients with important decisions regarding their Investments. With a vast background in the Financial Services Industry as a Mortgage Broker, my inside knowledge has been a fundamental help. I choose to regularly attend courses and associate with other top performers in the industry which helps me evaluate my marketing techniques and shifts in consumer attitude.
I have personally owned and renovated Investment property and understand the benefits of an excellent Property Manager.

Kora has recently completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree and joins us as our Administrator and Operations Manager. She has excellent Computer and Administrative skills and coordinates our Office Management well. Kora has a good eye for detail and research and in her spare time enjoys going to the Gym.

She works well with people and a consistent achiever.
