Enjoy the convenience of living in the Heart of Milford with a short walk to Milford Beach, Township, New World, Count down and a short drive to the Wairau Shops, Pak n Save, Takapuna Beach, Shops and  North Shore Hospital.  If you work locally or in the City Centre there is the Bus Terminal close by and an easy commute to the City Centre via the off ramps.

The Room accommodates a Queen Bed and Desk comfortably and can be furnished with a Bed if needed.  Plus some Cubical draws to fit in the Wardrobe.  You share the House with a friendly brunch 2 Girls and 2 Guys ranging from 20 - 23 and they are Students, Hospitality Workers and in Merchandising.  (5 Bedroom House).

The Parking is on the road out the front if you have a car.  It is a quiet street and easy parking. The Neighbourhood is quiet, safe and family friendly with established Homes in it.

The Rent is $207.50 per week and can be paid fortnightly at $415.00.

The Bond is 4 Weeks ($830.00) and One Weeks Rent in Advance.

The Garden and Lawns  are included in the Rent as our Landlord who we have a great relationship with, does them.
